Shipping Information

Many items are shipped within 5-7 business days from order placement. Custom orders have a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks plus shipping time. This gives us time to give your piece the individual attention it deserves. Should there be a delay in shipping, we will email or phone you to let you know your order status.

 

All orders require a signature for delivery. To ensure your order arrives safely, we are unable to deliver to a Post Office box.

The cost of shipping is calculated on checkout based on your mailing address.

Your order will ship in 3-5 business days.

 

All orders come with a tracking number.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Xpresspost International

Your order will ship in 5-7 business days. The actual shipping time will vary based on your mailing address. Items can take 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on the country and if your purchase is stopped in customs.

 

The cost of shipping is calculated on checkout based on your mailing address. Some countries do not update the tracking information. If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks, please contact us at care@fiolajewelry.com.

 

All European countries orders will come with a tracking number. Some countries, such as China, Russia, South Africa, will not come with tracking number, but come with a confirmation number instead.

 

ORDER STATUS & CHANGES

When you place an order on fiolajewelry.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, contact care@fiolajewelry.com. Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email including the tracking number.

 

If you require changes to your order, please submit your request immediately to care@fiolajewelry.com. Once the tracking information has been issued, we cannot make any changes to your order.

 

CUSTOM & TAXES

We are located in Toronto, Canada and therefore we are required to collect taxes on customers located in Canada. For our United States & International customers, we do not collect or levy sales tax on your order at the time of sale.

 

Please note that United States and International customers are responsible to pay any customs or duty charged by your country.
