How do I Care for my Fiola Jewelry?

You should always handle your Fiola Jewelry with care at all times. To keep your gold jewelry shiny, keep it away from exposure to chemicals such as chlorine bleach or abrasives (like household cleaners or toothpaste). Chemicals can damage gold and abrasives can scratch it.

 

A simple way to keep your diamond jewelry sparkling is to soak it in a gentle degreasing solution (such as water with a few drops of mild non-detergent dish soap) every few months. After removing your diamond from the cleaning solution, use a soft, clean makeup brush to remove any remaining dirt. Then just rinse your diamond jewelry with water and dry it with a soft, lint-free cloth. 

 

Do not submerge the earring backing in any liquid. Use a damp, soapy cloth to wipe it followed by a slightly damp, clean, soft lint-free cloth.

 

We do not recommend the use of ultrasonic cleaners.

How should I store my Fiola Jewelry?

Most people tend to store their jewelry correctly. You should never toss your jewelry into a drawer or on top of a dresser; that’s just asking for scratches and damage! Simply use a small box to store your precious jewelry in individually padded slots that keep each jewelry piece separate and protected.

 

How and when will I receive my Fiola Jewelry?

All orders to the United States and Canada include free shipping by Canada Post and USPS which takes 5-7 business days. Allow an additional 1-2 weeks if your item is customized such as engraving.

 

All orders require a signature for delivery and can only be sent to an actual address (not a P.O. Box). While you wait for your delivery, you can track your order through the link we provide in our order confirmation email to you.

What is your returns and exchanges guarantee?

We want you to love your Fiola Jewelry piece as much as we loved creating it for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

 

A full refund will be made to the purchaser upon request within 14 days of the order date for a refund or replacement in the form of the original tender. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. Any customization to the item, such as engraving, is not refundable.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original documentation and original packaging. We recommend including tracking and insurance for your returned shipment. Items will be inspected by our Services Department for assessment.

Does my Fiola Jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes. We will repair or replace any manufacturing faults free of charge for up to 60 days from the original date of your purchase. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase functions as your warranty.

 

My Fiola jewelry is damaged. What should I do?

We take pride that our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence. However, should your item be defective, we kindly request that you return any faulty or damaged items to us to send to our Service Department for assessment.

 

Please send us an email at care@fiolajewelry.com before mailing your item, so we can send you instructions on how to mail your item to us free of charge. Once we receive your item, we will keep you up to date with the progress of your repair or replacement. When your item is ready, we will return it back to you at the original address on your receipt.

 

What is my order status?

While you wait for your delivery, you can track your package through the tracking number from the link we provide in our order confirmation email to you.
